Apple Cinnamon Crisps

Ingredients:

2 apples, deseeded and thinly sliced
100 ml lime juice
½ tsp cinnamon powder

Method:

1. Soak the apple slices in lime juice.
2. Sprinkle the cinnamon powder on the apple slices.
3. Preheat the Philips Air Fryer at 120 degree Celsius.
4. Place the apple slices in the Fryer’s basket.
5. Let them cook for five-seven minutes and then check. If they have browned and turned crispy, they are ready to be served. If not, let them cook for another three-five minutes.
6. Keep them stored in an air tight container.

Sprouts Cutlet

Ingredients:

2 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and boiled
100 gms sprouts
Handful of fresh coriander, chopped
Salt to taste
8-10 cashews, coarsely chopped
1 tbsp corn flour
100 gms bread crumbs
Cooking oil as per requirement.

Method:

1. Mash the potatoes and add sprouts, fresh coriander, salt, cashews and corn flour. Mix well.
2. Now make small balls and gently press them to form cutlets that are around one inch in length and half centimeter in thickness.
3. Keep the bread crumbs in a bowl and gently coat the cutlets with the crumbs. Brush some oil on the cutlets.
4. Preheat the Philips Air Fryer at 180 degree Celsius.
5. Place the cutlets in the basket and let them cook for 10-15 minutes till they turn a lovely golden brown.
6. Serve with tomato ketchup.

Chicken Toast Sandwich

Ingredients:

150 gms chicken breast, boiled and shredded
1 green capsicum, finely chopped
½ onion, finely chopped
Mayonnaise as required
Bread slices of your choice
Butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Toothpick

Method:

1. Put the chicken pieces in a bowl.
2. Add onion, capsicum, salt, pepper and two teaspoons of mayonnaise. You can add more or less mayonnaise. It is required to bind these ingredients.
3. Spread butter on the bread slices and place the chicken mix to make sandwiches.
4. Now insert a toothpick on each sandwich so that they stand steady. Apply some more butter on the bread.
5. Preheat the Airfryer at 180 degree Celsius.
6. Place the sandwiches in the basket and let them cook for five minutes.
7. Serve with ketchup.

Stuffed Button Mushrooms

Ingredients:

200 gms mushroom
30 gms butter
20 gms garlic
20 gms coriander Leaves
1 egg, beaten
50 gms breadcrumbs
Olive oil for brushing
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Toothpicks a few

Method:

1. Separate the stems from mushrooms.
2. To the butter add finely chopped coriander, finely chopped garlic, finely chopped mushroom stems, salt and pepper. Mix well.
3. Stuff the mushroom caps with this mixture. Join two caps together and secure with a tooth pick.
4. Dip each piece in beaten egg and roll them in breadcrumbs.
5. Preheat the Airfryer at 200 degree Celsius. Brush the coated mushrooms with oil and cook for 8-10 minutes at 180 degree Celsius.

Avacado Egg

Ingredients:

2 medium sized avocados, halved and deseeded
1/2 tsp oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
2 eggs

Method:

1. Deseed the avocados and you might want to scrape out a little more of the flesh so that the cracked egg fits in.
2. Crack the eggs to fit into the pitted avocados.
3. Sprinkle oregano, salt and pepper

Ingredients:

6-8 babycorn, boiled
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp white sesame seeds, roasted
1 tomato, pureed
1 onion, ground to a fine paste
2 tsp corn flour
2-3 spring onion greens, finely chopped
1 tsp soya sauce

Method:

1. In a bowl, mix the tomato puree with onion paste, soya sauce, finely chopped spring onion, corn flour, salt and pepper.
2. Dip the baby corn in this mixture
3. Take the sesame seeds on a plate and roll each babycorn on these seeds so that they are well coated.
4. Preheat the airfryer at 180 degree and cook the babycorn for 10-15 minutes.
5. Serve with ketchup.

Crispy Chicken

Ingredients:

250 gms chicken breasts, boiled cut into roughly one-inch squares
50 gms honey
Juice of one lime
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
50 gms poppy seeds
Toothpicks

1. In a bowl, mix the honey with lime juice, paprika, salt and pepper. Taste to see if the mixture is too tangy or two sweet. Adjust with lime juice or honey accordingly.

3. Insert toothpick into each chicken piece and coat each piece with poppy seeds.
4. Preheat the airfryer at 180 degree and cook the chicken pieces for 10 minutes.

Ingredients:

200 gms broccoli, boiled and finely chopped
1 medium-sized onion, finely chopped
100 gms besan powder
½ tsp aamchur powder
½ red chilli powder
½ tsp baking powder
50 gms fresh coriander, finely chopped
Salt to taste
50 ml water
Oil for brushing

Method:

1. Take a bowl and put the broccoli, chopped onion, besan powder, red chilli powder, baking powder, coriander and salt.
2. Add some water and mix. Make sure that the flour binds all the ingredients without being of a pasty consistency. When you lift a small amount of the mixture, the flour shouldn’t drip.
3. Preheat the airfryer at 180 degree and place a foil. Break the mixture into small pieces like pakoras and place them in the basket on the foil. Brush oil on each and cook for 10 minutes.
4. Serve hot.

2 medium-sized sweet potato, peeled and cut into wedges
Sea salt for taste
Olive oil for brushing
Coarsely ground black pepper

1. Mix the honey and cinnamon.
