Our administrator treated our residents to Wendy's in Appomattox. The staff took time and made each meal perfect. They were friendly, courteous, and helpful with no complaints. The manager Ms. Beverly made sure meals were still going out with no wait times. Shantel made sure everything was bagged neatly. Thank you to this great weekend crew. The residents enjoyed the dreamsicle frosty the most

I often stop at this Wendy's on my travels to Richmond and they are always very friendly and the service is typically quick, although at this point in history, perhaps it would benefit us all to remember that restaurants are short-staffed and the employees are working under stressful circ*mstances. The Summer Strawberry salad is very, very good and so are the other salads at Wendy's (for those of us giving good health a hearty go of it). Full disclosure though, I did try the new Bourbon Bacon burger and it's not bad at all.

I bought sosage and egg biscuit and coffee. The sandwich was delicious, liked the little spice to it. But the coffee was the worst. The employees were friendly, but acted like the couldn't understand my order. I would give them a try again.

This Wendy's has really turned around and it's very noticeable. The staff is completely different and no more drama going on at the window when you pull up. Just 1 question though, how does Wendy's seem to run out chili so often? That signature chili is awesome and when its all out, it's so disappointing 😞. Good group of staff there now. I wish you all great success.

If you go after 7pm it's like they completely lose half their menu. The last time I tried two different people in the drive thru said their drink machine was down. I told the first person it was fine I just wouldn't get a drink. I waited for a few minutes and a different person repeated their drink machine was down and wouldn't even take my order. I know they're severely understaffed but so much that the drink machine shut it all down? Never going back, I stop after getting off work and it's only been frustrating each time.
